And so here you will find stylish handmade knitwear, giant knitting and knitting supplies, handspun and hand dyed yarns and from time to time some carefully chosen luxury commercial yarns.
Payment Policy
To provide security for both you and us all transactions are through PayPal’s secure payment gateway using almost any debit or credit card, you don’t have to have a PayPal account.
Payment is due at the time of purchase or order and items will be shipped or individually made once payment is received and cleared.
Delivery Policy
We understand that as soon as you have ordered you want your purchase as soon as possible and we try to ship pre-made items within a day or two of receiving payment. Made-to-order take longer and estimated dispatch times are quoted individually. we will message you to let you know the date of posting.
Within the UK we mainly use Royal Mail first class tracked or courier for larger items. Postage costs quoted include packaging.
EU and overseas packages are sent by Royal Mail International Standard with proof of posting or tracked and signed for higher value items and courier for bulky items.
Pre-made items will be shipped within at most 3 – 5 days following receipt of cleared funds. For made-to-order items estimated dispatch times are quoted individually with the item description.
International shipping may incur customs costs and import duties which you are liable to pay so it’s advisable to check before you order. Many countries do not charge import duties on lower value items. Due to EU VAT changes in July 2021 items of any value are now subject to import tax.
Refund Policy
CONTACT US – please do get in touch with us if we can help with anything connected to your purchase. We will do our best to resolve matters if there is a problem and we are grateful for the opportunity to put matters right if you are less than happy with anything.
Let us know as soon as you can if you wish to return your item and then please send back in an unused condition within 14 days of delivery. For purchases made during December this returns period is extended. Please dispatch your return item by January 2nd in an unused condition.
Shipping cost to return an item is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price will be made promptly via PayPal once the item has been received in an unused condition by us.
If your item isn’t received within 14 days of shipping please do keep us informed. We always retain proof of postage and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as soon as you let us know about it.
